Article 1

Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings used in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute, regulation, or guideline shall include any amendment or re-enactment thereof in force from time to time. The word "including" shall be interpreted as meaning "including without limitation".

Article 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Strict eligibility criteria apply to all players who wish to register and use 15tkbet.

To be eligible to register an account and use the 15tkbet Platform, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 15tkbet or under any self-exclusion arrangement you have requested from us.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 15tkbet for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, entity, or organisation when registering or placing wagers.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 15tkbet or any of its affiliated game studio providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

15tkbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend account access pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of outstanding balances derived from wagering activity conducted in breach of these eligibility conditions.

Article 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 15tkbet at any given time.

To register an account on 15tkbet, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other supported method). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player may register and maintain only one active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or "alias" accounts — whether using different personal details, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where 15tkbet identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended. Any bonus balances, free spin credits, or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. A single remaining account may be reinstated at the sole discretion of 15tkbet following investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. 15tkbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify us immediately at support@15tkbet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Verification

15tkbet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm player identity and age. KYC documents may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon detection of unusual account activity, or at any other time at our sole discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation that the registered bKash or Nagad number belongs to the account holder) may also be required. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

Article 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments

All financial transactions on 15tkbet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and processed through verified local and international payment channels.

Accepted Payment Methods

15tkbet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 15tkbet, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 15tkbet wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving network delays, confirmation may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches your 15tkbet account registration details. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 15tkbet does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals will only be disbursed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change request has been submitted and approved by our support team.
• 15tkbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering threshold cannot be withdrawn.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, 15tkbet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified of such holds via the email address registered to their account.

Article 5

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 15tkbet are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

15tkbet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. By claiming a bonus or opting into a promotion, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion as published on the Platform at the time of the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above who have completed any required verification steps at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Each promotional offer will specify: the bonus amount or percentage, the minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), the wagering requirement multiplier, the eligible games or betting markets, any maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active, the validity period within which wagering requirements must be met, and any maximum withdrawal limit applicable to winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ×30 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal is available.
• Bets placed at stakes above any stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active will be voided and the relevant bonus forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement pathway, and may not be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 15tkbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have commenced qualifying wagering, affected players will be notified and reasonable remediation may be offered at our discretion.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or collusive play — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.

Article 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

15tkbet is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and verifiably random gaming environment for all players on the Platform.

All casino games available on 15tkbet — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Callbreak Quick — are supplied by third-party studio providers who independently certify their game engines. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Random Number Generators

All non-live games on 15tkbet use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories as part of the game studio's own compliance framework. The Platform does not interfere with, modify, or override any game engine outcome under any circumstances. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot and casino game are as specified by the game provider and are not altered by 15tkbet.

Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Odds for all sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team cricket fixtures — are set and updated in real time by the Platform's odds management system. Odds are subject to change before and during live events. 15tkbet reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest error, technical failure, or the occurrence of a force majeure event. In-play bets accepted during a brief period of odds error due to a data feed outage may be voided at our discretion. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the player's wallet.

Color Prediction Rules

Color Prediction rounds on 15tkbet operate on a fixed-interval timer. Each round's outcome is determined by a verifiable algorithmic process independent of any player's bet or wallet balance. Stakes placed after a round's betting window has closed will not be accepted. The Platform's decision on the outcome of each Color Prediction round is final and binding.

Disconnection Policy

In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game or sports betting event, 15tkbet will apply the following policy: for live table games, the game result will stand as determined by the dealer or game outcome at the time of disconnection; for pre-match sports bets, the bet will remain active and settled according to the event result; for in-play sports bets placed immediately before a disconnection, bets accepted by the system prior to disconnection will be settled normally. 15tkbet is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions, ISP outages, or device failures.

Article 7

Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate enforcement action.

Players must use 15tkbet solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain. Players who identify a technical error are required to report it immediately to support@15tkbet and must not attempt to profit from it.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for underage individuals.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any portion of the Platform's technology, game engines, or proprietary systems.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs the experience of other players or the integrity of the Platform's infrastructure.

Where a breach of the above prohibitions is identified or reasonably suspected, 15tkbet reserves the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account; withhold or forfeit any balance, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits associated with the account; recover any winnings derived from prohibited conduct; and report the activity to relevant authorities in Bangladesh where required by applicable law. 15tkbet's decisions in relation to account enforcement actions are final, subject only to a formal dispute resolution process initiated by the affected player within 14 days of the enforcement action.

Article 8

Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players may close their account or request self-exclusion at any time. 15tkbet supports responsible gaming and will action all closure and exclusion requests promptly.

You may request the closure of your 15tkbet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@15tkbet. Upon receiving a closure request, 15tkbet will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of closure will be disbursed to your registered payment method (subject to KYC verification and the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500) before the account is formally deactivated.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If you believe that your gambling is becoming a problem, or if you wish to take a break from the Platform for any reason, you may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options available on 15tkbet include: a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days; a temporary account suspension of up to 6 months; or a permanent self-exclusion with no option to re-register. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to support@15tkbet and will be actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses. If you attempt to create a new account during a self-exclusion period, 15tkbet will close that account immediately upon identification.

Platform-Initiated Closure

15tkbet reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where: a player is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions; a player is identified as being under the age of 18; the account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or where continued operation of the account would expose 15tkbet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. In cases of platform-initiated closure due to Terms & Conditions breach, any wallet balance may be forfeited without recourse depending on the nature of the breach.
